Replaced three disconnected tools with one integrated module.

A school chain with 4 branches was managing fee collection in Excel, sending WhatsApp reminders manually, and spending a full day each month reconciling accounts. We built a Tally TDL module with parent-portal integration, automated WhatsApp fee reminders, and a one-click reconciliation report that ties every receipt to a student record.

AI Dealer Portal

WhatsApp AI handles 70% of dealer enquiries — without a single employee.

A multi-state auto-parts distributor was drowning in dealer WhatsApp messages for stock availability and pricing. We built a custom AI bot trained on the complete SKU master, live inventory from Busy, and the dealer pricing matrix. Dealers now get instant, accurate answers — and the sales team only handles escalations.

Restaurant Chain Cloud

Moved 12 restaurant outlets from local PCs to a single cloud environment.

A QSR chain was running disconnected Tally installations across 12 outlets, making GST consolidation a monthly nightmare. We migrated all 12 to a managed AWS-hosted Tally environment with daily encrypted backups, a single SSO login for the CA, and a consolidated GST dashboard — all completed over one weekend with zero downtime.
