Cookies. This website uses a single localStorage key (asspl-theme) to remember your light/dark theme preference. No tracking cookies are used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential projects. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Inc. on secure servers. We access this data through the Netlify dashboard, which requires authenticated access.

We retain form data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, typically no more than 12 months after last contact.

4. Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services:

  • Netlify — hosting and form processing
  • Google Fonts — web font delivery
  • Tailwind CSS CDN — stylesheet delivery
