All project engagements are governed by a separate, written agreement (proposal or contract) between ASSPL and the client. Information on this website does not constitute a binding offer. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed only through signed proposals.

All content on this website — including text, design, layout, graphics, and code — is the property of Aureum Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Client project deliverables (source code, designs, infrastructure credentials) are transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in individual project agreements.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ASSPL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

For services rendered under signed agreements, liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Payment terms are defined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed:

• An advance payment is required before work commences.
• Milestone payments are due upon delivery of agreed milestones.
• All payments are non-refundable once the associated deliverables have been provided.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
